Shipping policy

All orders are shipped using UPS Overnight to arrive on the date the customer chooses at check out. Tracking is sent to the customers email / text so they are able to track the status of their package. In the case of delayed packages, we work with the customer as the shipper to file a claim with UPS to potentially get their order reimbursed. Customer will need to provide pictures of the box as it arrived, the shipping label as well as the contents of the package upon arrival for us to add to any UPS claims as evidence of the delay / damaged goods.
