How we ship our leis

To ensure our leis arrive fresh, we pack all of our leis in an insulated box with a frozen cold pack.

Leis must be ordered at least 3 days in advance of shipping so that we have time to order our flowers and make the lei before shipping
Leis are only shipped FedEx Overnight or UPS Overnight to keep flowers as fresh as possible.
Leis are shipped out Monday thru Friday only with arrivals on Tuesday-Saturday.
We are unable to ship orders out on Saturday or Sunday
Leis will arrive on the day you chose at checkout. FedEx Priority Overnight and UPS Next Day Air typically arrive by noon. FedEx Standard Overnight and UPS Next Day Air Saver typically arrive by 4pm
Orders cannot be scheduled for any Sunday or Monday delivery
Any Delays on the part of FedEx or UPS are out of our control once we hand the packages off to them. If any weather or other unforeseen events happen during delivery that cause a delay, please contact FedEx or UPS with your tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you need to start the claim process with them for a missed delivery the contact information is below.

If you are local to our San Diego or Las Vegas location (based on the billing address zip code entered), you'll also receive the option for in store pickup which is free of charge. We are beginning to offer deliveries to you with the help of uber and our own drivers on limited range from our vegas location.
