How much does shipping and delivery cost?
Shipping costs are determined by zip code, weight, box size and choice of either Fedex Overnight Express or Fedex Overnight Standard.
Leilanis only ships Fedex overnight express which arrives at 1030 Tuesday thru Friday and 12pm on Saturdays or we ship Fedex Overnight Standard which drives by 4:30 Tuesday thru Saturdays.
Local Delivery is only available in the Las Vegas area and is $25 per delivery.
When can I place my order?
It's never too early to order! You can place your order in advance for any chosen arrival date (the website will prompt you to enter in the exact arrival date you’d like your leis to arrive.) We will make the leis fresh on the morning of shipment. During the months of May and June we are EXTREMELY busy due to graduation and wedding season. During these busy months, we would appreciate you ordering as soon as you know the date of your event.
Can I order last minute?
We understand life gets hectic and we can forget to order our leis for our loved ones. If this is the cased for some reason your date is not available on the date picker you can give us a call and we can see what we can do. If this is a ship out for the next day we will charge an expedite fee of $20. To accommodate you you must call in. (775)-238-9174
Will you get my order delivered in time for my event?
When you are on the cart page you will be prompted to pick the date of arrival. We only ship by Fedex overnight 10:30am arrival or 3pm arrival. Fedex does guarantee on-time deliveries but does have a 3% failure rate. Once your leis leave our facility it is out of our hands. If your leis do not arrive on time please first check your tracking number which we emailed to you when we dropped off our package and contact Fedex with any updates. Please call us if your leis do not arrive at all We will submit a claim for your package.
What shipping option should I choose?
We only ship Fedex Express overnight 10:30 and Fedex Standard overnight 3pm.
Fedex overnight can not be shipped Saturday for Sunday arrival nor Sunday for Monday arrival.
If your event is early in the day it is suggested to choose the day before your event so that there is adequate time. Leis can be refrigerated overnight as stated in the lei care instructions included in the box.
What day(s) of the week can I choose for my arrival date?

Are Saturday shipments available?
Yes. Saturday shipments are available although the cost goes up dramatically. Fedex will deliver the leis between by 12pm for Express Overnight and 5pm for Standard Overnight.
Do you ship to Canada or Mexico?
No. Unfortunately due to customs and agriculture we can only ship to the 50 states of the United States.
Do you ship fragrant leis?
Yes, we are very popular for our fragrant leis! When choosing fragrant leis, remember to read all the notes before ordering. Our fragrant flowers are Plumeria, tuberose, pikake and pakalana. These leis are very fragile and delicate.
Are discounts available on big orders?
Yes. We offer significant savings on substantial orders. Quotes are sent via email. If you would like to order bulk leis (over 50) for an event please send an email with what you want to sales@leilanisleis.com
